Telehealth is suitable for a wide range of conditions, including minor illnesses such as:

What We Don't Cover

The following conditions are not suitable for Telehealth consultations:
  • Medical emergencies
  • Patients, especially asthmatics, with shortness of breath, wheezing, tight chests
  • Trauma cases
  • Internal Ear infections
  • Scenarios requiring psychiatric assessment
  • Schedule 5 and above medication which carry a higher risk of adverse effects, dependency, or misuse.
  • High-risk pregnancies
  • Termination of pregnancy
  • Infants under 2 years of age
